- Boeing B-52G Stratofortress: One of the museum’s highlights is the massive B-52 bomber, on permanent loan from the United States Air Force. This aircraft is one of only two of its kind displayed outside the USA.
- General Dynamics F-111C: The Darwin Aviation Museum features an F-111C strike fighter, showcasing the advancements in military aviation technology.
- Mitsubishi A6M2 Zero: A notable exhibit includes remnants of a Japanese Zero fighter shot down during the 1942 air raids on Darwin, providing a tangible connection to the region’s wartime history.
