How to get there: The pub is situated in the village of Clyffe Pypard, only a few miles from Royal Wootton Bassett, Lyneham and Junction 16 of the M4 in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.
Aircraft collection:

The 1000 year old aviation themed pub (freehouse) and tea rooms in Clyffe Pypard, just down from the old RAF airfield on top of the hill, and a stones throw from RAF Lyneham.  The pub itself has a history of aviation, originally being an RAF pub, and now has over 200 aviation related items including paintings, propellers, tail rotors, tail fins, and even an ejector seat. They have also regularly get fly pasts by Hercules, C-17s, helicopters and all the aircraft on military exercise on Salisbury Plain, apart from all the civil aeroplanes, which is great for the atmosphere. The pub is in the middle of the country which means it is not a busy and noisy pub, more an old fashioned place to talk and enjoy everything to do with aviation.
