The visitor center and
Centennial Pavilion are open 9:00 to 18:00 daily during summer months
and from 9:00 - 17:00 daily September through May
How to get there:
Wright Brothers National Memorial is located at mile post 7.5 on U.S.
Highway 158, Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina.
There are 2 replicas on display. A 1902 glider built in 1934
under the direction of Orville Wright, and a very authentic looking 1903 Flyer.
The museum normally displays a replica of the wind tunnel, as well as several
artifacts from the Wrights' shop.
