Fahrzeugmuseum Marxzell with indoor and outdoor areas is dedicated to the topic of mobility in the broadest sense. For example, the collection includes around 200 automobiles, from the beginnings of automobile construction to the present day, over 350 motorbikes and mopeds, over 170 bicycles, over 20 fire engines, a fire fighter helicopter, over 100 tractors, trams, locomotives, carriages, but also engines, agricultural machinery and various technical equipment. The collection also includes a stuffed two-headed calf and a company car by Günther Klotz, a Mercedes-Benz 220, built in 1962. The oldest car in the collection is a Millot from 1898.
The Fahrzeugmuseum Marxzell isn’t limited to vehicles. It also houses items like typewriters, telephones, radios, and other mechanical and technological artifacts from the early 20th century.
