The Aviation Museum Bad Wörishofen opened in 2010, the museum is dedicated to the history of aviation and displays various aircraft, such as gliders and jet fighters. Among them are exhibits like a school glider SG 38, a MiG-21 MF and a Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-10, which is currently under reconstruction.

In addition to full-size aircraft, the museum also features scale models of historical planes, uniforms, and memorabilia from the aviation industry.

Photographs, documents, and items related to the early years of aviation provide insight into the challenges faced by aviators and engineers.

Interactive Exhibits:

The museum offers hands-on experiences where visitors can interact with flight simulators and aviation-related displays.

It is located in a historic glider hangar on the former airfield site.
