From “Gelbėjimo tarnyba” (“Rescue service”) of lithuanian air force lost in catastrophe in March 26, 2003 during rescue training in Baltic sea. Helicopter crashed to the water during approach to recue ship in darkness. First pilot Maj.Alvidas Brazlauskas and flight engineer M.Sgt.Edmantas Vizbaras have been killed in accident. The rest 4 of crewmembers have been saved.
