Exhibits and Features Mojave Air & Space Port Legacy Park:

  • SpaceShipOne Replica: A full-scale model of the pioneering spacecraft that achieved the first privately funded human spaceflight in 2004.
  • Rotary Rocket Roton ATV: An original atmospheric test vehicle from the late 1990s, representing early attempts at developing reusable spacecraft,that never made it to space.
  • Scale Model of Voyager Aircraft: A model commemorating the first aircraft to fly around the world without stopping or refueling.

Visitor Information:

While the Mojave Air and Space Port is an active aerospace testing and development facility, Legacy Park offers visitors a glimpse into its storied past. Guests are welcome to explore the park and view the aircraft on display throughout the airport. Additionally, the administration office houses a gift shop with various memorabilia.

Nearby Attractions:

For those interested in aviation history, the nearby Joe Davies Heritage Airpark in Palmdale exhibits about 20 aircraft, including a historic B–747 that carried the Space Shuttle. The park is open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
