Fiat G.80-3B MM53882/RS-22 Italian Air Force | Ruud Boots
Developed in the 1950s to become a standard jet-trainer for the Italian Air Force. Designed around the De Havilland Goblin 35 engine (as fitted to the Vampire T.55). The Air Force chose the Lockheed T-33 instead, and only five G80s were ever built. Previously displayed at Pratica di Mare, now preserved at the spectacular Vigna di Valle museum.
