The Muzea jihovýchodní Moravy (Museums of Southeast Moravia) in Zlín is a cultural institution dedicated to the history, culture, and traditions of the Southeast Moravia region. Located in the 14th building of the former Baťa industrial complex, now known as the Baťa Institute, the museum offers various permanent exhibits related to local heritage.

The Muzea jihovýchodní Moravy ve Zlíně exhibition offers three major themes: history of the Bata Company including the shoe museum with 600 items of historical, exotic and Bata footwear, the Film Cabinet illustrating history of Zlin movie studio and the section of Modern Travelling dedicated to Hanzelka and Zikmund and other legendary Czechoslovak travelers.

The exhibition includes many three-dimensional objects from shoe-machines to aircraft.
