The Taranaki Aviation Transport & Technology Museum‘s Harvard aero plane and hang glider are part of the collection. There is also a number of other aircraft exhibits parts of a aero plane that crashed on Mt Egmont, as it was known then, during the Second World War and not discovered for some 30 years.
