The Ulster Folk and Transport Museum offers a rich, immersive experience into Northern Ireland’s cultural and industrial heritage. The Folk Museum recreates life in rural and urban Northern Ireland from the early 1900s. The Transport Museum showcases Northern Ireland’s rich transportation history.

The Museum is situated 7 miles east of Belfast, near Holywood, on the main Belfast to Bangor Road (A2), just 15 minutes outside Belfast City Centre with excellent access by road, rail and bus and close to Belfast City Airport.

The Transport Museum
- Railway Exhibits: Vintage steam locomotives, carriages, and a wealth of railway memorabilia.
- Automobiles: Classic cars and motorcycles, many of which have connections to Northern Ireland.
- Aviation: Displays on the history of flight, including artifacts and models. Northern Ireland has long been associated with aircraft production.
- Titanic Connection: Exhibits related to Belfast’s shipbuilding heritage, including items associated with the RMS Titanic.
