A 2.5-acre park has artillery pieces, tanks, helicopters and other vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exhibits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>World War II and the Louisiana Maneuvers:<\/strong> The museum highlights Fort Polk&#8217;s origins as a site for the Louisiana Maneuvers, where the Army transitioned from horse-drawn equipment to a fully mechanized force.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vietnam War and Tiger Land:<\/strong> During the Vietnam War, Fort Polk served as the Army&#8217;s largest infantry training center, preparing over one million recruits for combat.
