Meade<\/strong>, <strong>Maryland<\/strong>, was dedicated on September 2, 1997, as a memorial to U.S. military personnel who participated in <strong>aerial reconnaissance<\/strong> during the Cold War. The aircraft and memorials were removed, with plans to relocate them adjacent to the National Cryptologic Museum (NCM).
