class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>History and Mission Museo de la Aviaci\u00f3n Naval Argentina<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Officially inaugurated on <strong>March 15, 1990<\/strong>, MUAN aims to conserve the historical aircraft and experiences of Argentina\u2019s <strong>&#8220;sailors who fly.&#8221;<\/strong> Established in <strong>1916<\/strong>, the <strong>Argentine Naval Aviation<\/strong> has played a crucial role in national events, including <strong>Antarctic operations<\/strong> and its participation in the <strong>Falklands War (Malvinas) in 1982<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Main Exhibits<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Museo de la Aviaci\u00f3n Naval Argentina<\/strong> is divided into several thematic areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>&#8220;Teniente de Nav\u00edo Melchor Escola&#8221; Aircraft Park<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An <strong>outdoor exhibition<\/strong> featuring a variety of historic aircraft, including the <strong>Douglas A-4Q Skyhawk 3-A-302<\/strong>, which took part in the sinking of the <strong>HMS Antelope<\/strong> during the Falklands War in 1982.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flight Deck Replica of the Aircraft Carrier ARA &#8220;25 de Mayo&#8221;<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>full-scale reproduction<\/strong> that allows visitors to experience the dimensions and challenges of naval aviation operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&#8220;Vice Admiral Hermes Quijada&#8221; Historical Hall<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Displays <strong>uniforms, photographs, documents, and personal artifacts<\/strong> that tell the story of Argentine
